Anyone else having this problem? I was trying to change the flavors of my subscription but the page got blank.
I was able to update my subscription after I upgraded it.

I had the same problem… had to email support. They called the next day to work it out. The website is very clunky but the people are nice

This is the most important part- website design can always be fixed by any competent developer, but professional compassion is harder to come by
