Anyone else having a problem finding the page to adjust subscription options? FAQs says it should be a “Manage Subscription” option under the My Accounts page. Mine seems to be missing. Any suggestions?

I took some screenshots of where it appears on mine.
If these parts of the page aren’t showing up on your computer or phone, try using a different browser (e.g. if you are using Safari, try Chrome. if you are using Chrome, try Internet Explorer, etc.)
Make sure that your browser is up to date and have all ad blockers turned off. We are working on the website so soon it will be much easier.
Ian–I see your subscription is cancelled. If you need to reactivate it or modify it, let me know because I can make the changes on my end. I’ve let our IT team know about the technical difficulties. Sorry for any troubles!
