Every time I need to make an edit to my subscription I have to contact Huel. I have attempted multiple times to pause my subscription but still have to contact customer service to make any adjustments. Although they always make the immediate edits needed, they will for some reason not actually cancel my subscription. I have email chains with customer service about the pause, edit and cancellation website features not working.
Can someone just please help me put a stop to the orders being delivered to my house and charged to my account?
