I understand that Huel is busy, but I have placed multiple inquiries with support and have yet to hear back on any of them. I had an order never ship (although it said it did on my account page, but I never received a confirmation email and i was charged for it.) as well as a second order that shipped and arrived with only half of what I paid for. I thought that I would have heard something back from support but I guess that’s just wishful thinking.
