I see now from reading through similar blog posts that I’m not the only one who’s ordered and never received anything and never heard back via email. Starting to get skeptical that this company is a scam and I just paid for a product I’ll never receive

This issue just happened to me. Thankfully someone looked at my forum post and got someone to reply to me… ended up getting my package 3 days after they replied to me. Huel seems to have a very poorly run customer experience team. You aren’t the first and won’t be last this will happen to. If you include your order # on this post they’ll (hopefully) get back with you very soon.
