Tapioca flour vs Tapioca starch?

Just curious why the newer flavors use tapioca flour while the older ones still use tapioca starch?

Hey David,

Sorry for the delay in the getting back to you.

We used to use “Tapioca Starch” and “Tapioca Flour” interchangeably.

We are working on aligning the naming of our ingredients so that it’s consistent across all of our product ranges (where applicable) and will move to “Tapioca Starch”.

The recipe isn’t different it’s just a naming thing.
