Surprisingly Good

I just had my first Huel for breakfast. Many of the reviews said to sip it slowly which is what I did. I expected many things and I’m pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to drink in terms flavor. What I didn’t expect is how filling it is! I’ve had many meal replacements before and never have I felt this satisfied… like I just had a nice big bowl of oatmeal!

Oat and flaxseed. They really work to make you feel full and not have to eat again for a long while. It’s mother nature’s secret weapon.
