Standard Huel Breakfast - Quick and easy on the Go!

Looking to replace your unhealthy breakfast or maybe you feel you often skip breakfast because you’re busy and you don’t mean to?

Here is my simple and quick breakfast:

  1. Brew your favorite coffee K-cup @ 16 oz (travel mug) straight into your shaker.
  2. Add two scoops of Huel (I use original flavor).
  3. Add 3-4 ice cubes from fridge.
  4. Shake and count to 10 Mississippi.
  5. Top off w/ water from the fridge.
  6. Shake on the way out the door!

Too hot/cold? Change the amount of ice or move to a shaker ball for the hottest huel.
Too thin/thick? Adjust the amount of liquid (water or coffee), or shake time.

There you go, all your breakfast w/ a boost ready to go in a minute. I grab a piece of fruit on the way out if I think I might need a few extra calories.
