Looking to replace your unhealthy breakfast or maybe you feel you often skip breakfast because you’re busy and you don’t mean to?
Here is my simple and quick breakfast:
- Brew your favorite coffee K-cup @ 16 oz (travel mug) straight into your shaker.
- Add two scoops of Huel (I use original flavor).
- Add 3-4 ice cubes from fridge.
- Shake and count to 10 Mississippi.
- Top off w/ water from the fridge.
- Shake on the way out the door!
Too hot/cold? Change the amount of ice or move to a shaker ball for the hottest huel.
Too thin/thick? Adjust the amount of liquid (water or coffee), or shake time.
There you go, all your breakfast w/ a boost ready to go in a minute. I grab a piece of fruit on the way out if I think I might need a few extra calories.
