I just received my first order. Everything was in the box as it should have been. I tried the vanilla,have yet to try the berry,but I enjoy the taste. I had been using another well known protein shake but they only have 2 plant based alternatives and one I can barely tolerate. Huel is more economically priced. So far,I am pleased!
