Shipping issue broken pouch


My order arrived today and by the looks of it, at least one of my pouches were ruptured leaving powder scattered inside the box. Is this the standard of shipping we can expect? This was my first order and I was on auto ship… May have to cancel if my pouches are going to be losing product on the way to my home.

Found my dirty scoops… Did I just get someone’s return shipped straight to me?
