Shipment not received

Hi!

First time user or at least would like to be. I have not received my order ( #251956 ). Fedex states that the package was deliever, but this was not so. I working from home the day of the ‘delivery’ and no Fedex truck arrived.

Is there anyway you can help me? I’m excited to try your product.
