Is there any chance that you guys will introduce some additional RTD variety boxes (regular or black) without caffine?
I’ve been drinking RTD Huel for a while and I use it for the majority of my daily nutrition, so I drink a lot of it. Currently, I like ordering one of each of the regular RTD variety boxes (plus some other things) on a roughly two week cylce, as that gives me a managable amount of Huel and helps to keep me from getting sick of any one flavor. Unfortunately, I also don’t like consuming a lot of caffine and 2 of the 3 RTD variety boxes include flavors with caffine. This results in a lot of wasted bottle and it recently got significantly worse, since the box I order went from being 1/4rd caffinate to 1/3rd.
This has been a problem for a while. I also mentioned it to support chat once, and even though they said you guys were looking into additional offerings for caffine sensitive customers, nothing has come of it, so I’m hoping posting here might get a bit more of a response. At this point, I’d be willing to switch one of my boxes to RTD black if it meant getting away from the caffein. Even a box that’s half caramel/half straberry would be an improvement.
So, like I asked at the top, is there any chance you’ll offer another non-caffinated box and, if so, is there any potential timeline for it to appear?
