I received my first order last week. Absent from the package was the chocolate flavor boost I ordered. The packing slip said it should’ve been with the rest of the shipment. Instead what I did find was two scoopers when I had only requested one. This obviously was just an honest mixup. What I take issue with is that I’ve reached out to customer service three or four times and haven’t heard anything back at all. Can someone please resolve this simple issue?
I have contacted our fulfillment center and they will be shipping out a chocolate flavor boost to you ASAP! We have recently switched customer service software and simultaneously received an influx of activity, negatively impacting down our response time at the moment, so thank you for following up here about your order.
