Almost 3 weeks since order and delivery date is still "pending"

I’m in my fourth month of Huel and so far I’ve been happy with it, but unfortunately with my latest order (automatically made on December 11th) the FedEx tracking number I was given for the shipment still says “label created” and that my delivery date is still “pending”.I understand it’s December and that shipping can be slow, but three weeks with no movement seems excessive and it’s getting closer to my next scheduled shipment. Should I contact FedEx or Huel first? I feel like both companies are just going to give me the runaround and tell me to talk to the other.
