I placed an order last week on January 9, 2019 and haven’t received an confirmation email about it being shipped out. I am a frequent customer and usually order 2-3 times each month and this is the first time I’ve not received a confirmation of shipment.
I contacted customer support by email and received no response. Can you please look into this as I’m out of Huel and was expecting this to arrive by now.
