No phone number for customer service

Love the product but not a fan of startup style email only customer service as they tend to be less than responsive. Time will tell.

Why no phone number?

We don’t currently have the capacity to offer phone support. We do have a phone number 1-833-GET-HUEL reserved for more urgent issues and as always, our team is readily available at support@huel.com for all customer inquiries.
