What’s with this new version of bars? They used to look like and have a similar feeling to eating a Snickers bar, but in the latest box I got they are now compressed flatter, denser, and more difficult to chew. It may even be a new recipe as the calories and weight are different from my last box. Whatever the reason, I hope it’s temporary as these once delicious guilt-free bars are now indistinguishable from some cheap, dense generic protein bar. I will not be ordering these again if this is what to expect going forward.

I’m sorry that your bars are tasting different! We did make a change to the bars recently, but it was purely resizing: we increased the length (by around 1cm) and therefore weight of the bar from 51g to 55g. There were no changes to the actual recipe, however.
