New Subscription Charge

Hello! I just had my new subscription charge happen. Unfortunately it missed one of the flavor packs that it was supposed to charge and ship with my next order. What can be done? I’d really like to get both flavor packs this time. It charged for the Chai flavor just fine, but not for the Caramel one which is still showing in my subscription orders as one that should charge today.

Hi there, On our end it is still showing that your one time addition of a Caramel flavor boost should process today! If it still hasn’t processed by tomorrow I would be happy to assist you further.

Thank you! I see right now where it looks like it tried to charge again, but it’s coming up as an error. I’ve double checked, the card does have enough to cover the $12 charge on it, so I’m not sure why it’s coming up with an error.
