My first subscription

I just purchased my first subscription last Friday, but I am confuse there is no info on when will the first order going to be shipped. I don’t see any estimated date when it is going to be shipped nor tracking number as if none will be shipped? Also how or who can can I contact if I wan’t the item to put on hold on my first order to not ship it out shipped since I will be out of town end of the week. If it will arrive before end of the week than that is fine otherwise I prefer to not ship it. I was assuming it will be shipped and arrived within 2 to 3 days when I made the order but since there is no info nor tracking, now I am not sure what is going on or what to do LOL Should I just cancel the whole thing? and subscribe again when I get back?

The tracking number shouldn’t be in your Huel account. An email should be sent that has your tracking number in it! Or you can always reach out to us for it & we’ll get that to you as well.

@farhanAtWork - Next time you order, you will get an email that tells you your order has shipped, scroll down to the bottom of the email. Here it will say the following which includes a link to check your tracking:

Thanks everyone, but I think it would be great if the tracking number is added to the account under the ordered item. Makes it easier to view or find the tracking by just login into the account :smiley: Plus to include status update info like Processing, Shipped, and Delivered will be great to have as well.

Also, for my first order, I did not receive any email with the tracking number.

The only email I got is “Good news, your order has been shipped.” That is it, with no tracking number attached to the email. Would be great to at least have it attached to that email.

@farhanAtWork - That is the email with the “Tracking Link” - the actual number is not in the email.

Look at the very bottom of the email and make sure it’s not being cut off, especially if you are using Gmail.

The message about tracking should look like this:
