Login fails on checkout

When I try to check out, it asks me to create an account or login. I previously created an account through the website, which I’m able to login. When I try to login through the checkout, I get the error message “Email or password is not correct” – but it successfully logs me into primary website just fine. This is preventing me from completing my first order. Additionally I also noticed that the Huel image logo is missing on this page (it links to https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1374/5287/t/33/assets/logo.png?18301295378044989642).

While I would love to purchase, this is a hard warning/stop for me when the checkout doesn’t work, before I give cc/etc information to people.

I am experiencing the same problem. I emailed support on Sunday but have not yet received any response.

Hi there! We are aware of this issue and have absolutely prioritized fixing these bugs. We just received word this morning that the issue should be resolved! Definitely give it another go and see if you still receive the same error message.
