I just placed my first order for Huel, excited to try it, but my browser autofilled the wrong shipping address. I’ve emailed Huel support several times (initially about 10 minutes after placing the order) to no response, and followed the instructions on this page: https://huel.com/pages/delivery-questions to create a Delivery Manager account but that does not work because it says “Delivery option(s) aren’t available due to shipper restrictions. Please contact the shipper.”
The address change should be fairly easy and cost only $5 (which obviously I’m more than happy to pay) but I can’t do it without getting in touch with someone at Huel as far as I can tell.
Does anyone have suggestions?
