I'm trying to modify a subscription I made without an account

I bought a subscription a few weeks ago without an account, and now I’m trying to modify details of the subscription. Specifically flavors and frequency. But because I don’t have an account I can’t figure out how to go about doing that.

I’ve also contacted customer support a few days ago with no response.

Heyo. You must create an account–we don’t make users create an account when they place a subscription order. Go to https://huel.com/account/register using the same email as your previous purchases. This will link up your past and current orders to your newly registered account.
