From time to time we want to drop in with key updates from the Huel USA team so that you get a chance to see everything we are doing to continuously improve your Huel experience, and to invite your feedback on our newest updates and enhancements.
FedEx - New National Shipping Partner
We are excited to announce that as of March 1st, Huel has joined forces with FedEx as our national shipping partner. This means more reliable, higher-quality service to more locations than ever before, with better communication tools for order tracking and shipment notifications.
FedEx will help us maintain and likely improve upon our goal of order arrival within 3-5 business days of your order using FedEx Ground service. This partnership will also make returns, claims, and other shipment questions simpler when necessary.
Order Tracking Enhancements
We understand that reliable delivery of your Huel order is important, and we are adding more tools to make sure you know the status of your order every step of the way. In addition to email alerts and the tracking information already available when you log into your account at huel.com, we have 2 new ways for you to follow your shipments.
With Text Alerts, you can request alerts via Text/SMS about your Huel delivery via FedEx.
With FedEx Delivery Manager, you have access to even more information about your shipment, plus the ability to make edits/modifications along the way should your delivery needs change.

Text Alerts - 3 Simple Steps
- Text – Text FOLLOW and your tracking number (e.g., “FOLLOW 1234567892012”) to 48773
- Confirm – Reply YES when you receive the welcome message. (Repeat Step 1 to follow additional/future shipments)
- Receive – Receive ongoing updates to your shipment’s status automatically via SMS.
- Text STOP to 48773 to cancel tracking updates, or HELP to 48773 for assistance.
- FedEx Text Alerts are in no way associated with Huel. All program inquiries, questions, issues or incidents will need to be handled through FedEx.com.
Manage your Deliveries through FedEx Delivery Manager

New Huel Shipping Boxes
You may have noticed in the last few weeks that we have a new Huel shipping box arriving on doorsteps. While still being mindful of the materials used, we have been able to provide a box that is twice as sturdy to provide extra protection in transit. You may also have noticed the Huel® logo on the box so that you know when your Huel order has arrived, along with a “FRAGILE” marking so that package handlers take extra care as well.
$10 Refer-a-Friend Discount
Launched at the start of the year, we want to make sure you were aware that we have DOUBLED our reward for referring friends to Huel! That’s right, now when you Refer a Friend to Huel who makes a qualifying purchase, they will get $10 off their order, and you will get $10 off a future order, too!
Reducing Shipping & Stock Delays
As our community grows by leaps and bounds, so does the need for us to stay ahead of that demand with every item we offer. This is an area where we continue to improve, but we recognize that in February certain varieties of our new Flavor Boosts, and our Gluten Free Vanilla powder all had delays of anywhere from one day to one week.
We also had instances in which shipping was delayed due to technical issues or issues with UPS, which also resulted in some customers waiting longer than anticipated for an order to arrive. We take every order seriously, and thank all of our customers who were patient and understanding if their orders were impacted over the past few weeks.
We have addressed this from a product standpoint, with all products now in stock, and all of our efforts focused on staying ahead of your continued passion for Huel. We also expect that the partnership with FedEx will improve reliability of shipments, and visibility into shipment status.
