Huel shipped w/o notice

Recurring order was scheduled for 9/23

https://huel.com/account#/ still reports the the order “will be dispatched shortly”

My email inbox has a promise that “we’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way”

The order arrived today, without warning.

https://huel.com/account#/history has a notice that item was shipped but has a dispatch date of Sept. 22…and lacks a FedEx Tracking number.


Lessons learned:

  • Huel shipping can be far faster than expected–the “3-5 business day delay” could be as little as zero days.

  • The computer that sends out emails from Huel has zero idea about what’s going on in the shipping department.

  • Sign up for a tracking account with FedEx.com. I should have checked that directly–the tracking number was there.

Maybe the email got into your spam folder by mistake? It happens.

Also, https://huel.com/account#/ still reports “Your order will be dispatched shortly”. The shipping notification system is definitely glitching here.

Looks that way. I have not had 1 problem in this area at all. It must be few and far between.

Although, now that I think about it, my last order (hot and savory) arrived 3 days after I ordered it, but I never received an email or tracking number. Not really a “problem” since it arrived so quickly.

I’m confident they’re aware and are working on a solution.
