Huel for Macros!

As we all know, Huel is the greatest meal supplement / replacement out there, and no other holds a candle to it (talking to you, Soylent). Also, the Customer Service has been really awesome from what I’ve seen!

But what I’ve also found is that it is the perfect snack or meal if you’re counting your Macros. It’s especially helpful if you’re trying to increase your calories. Whether you’re on a 50 / 25/ 25 split, 40/30/30, etc., Huel is proportioned so perfectly, that you can essentially use it as a “meal” in any dietary plan, and hit your goals effectively. It’s also so much easier than prepping food, and putting it in a container IMO.

Huel is also in the MyFitnessPal database, so you can easily track and log it if you use that app.

What sort of split do you try and aim for?

Anyone looking at Huel on MyFitnessPal you can scan the barcode. If you are searching for it make sure you get the right version and data as some of them are inaccurate.
