I just went to my nearest store and picked up the vanilla caramel. I’ve been looking for snacks that are low calories, low carb, and low sugar.

I’ve recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. As long as they are mildly filling I’ll be happy.

The taste is pretty nice!

Is it safe to use the protein powder as snacks, or are they meant for those physically training and exercising regularly for recovery?

I ask because I do not want to gain weight. The calories and sugar and carbs seem great to use as a snack between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. Just double-checking.

Huel Complete Protein can certainly be included as a snack or high protein addition to your intake (and that’s what we recommend it for!). You don’t have to be training/exercising regularly to consume. :slight_smile:
