How much of the nutrient content am I destroying by cooking Huel?

I made these the other day, which were fantastic. But I didn’t get the terrible heartburn and nuclear farts I’ve sadly gotten used to on blended Huel, and so I was wondering: How much of the nutrients actually survive the cooking process? Did adding MCT oil help with digestion?
