I ordered Hot & Savory (H&S) cups in my last two autoship orders to try new flavors. I’ve really enjoyed the H&S meal pouches, but the cups have some flavors I can’t get in pouch form. I like the H&S cups that I’ve tried so far, but I have two suggestions.
First, I was disappointed that the variety pack only has four of the flavors and two of them were available in pouch form. That was my fault for not reading more carefully, but your H&S pouch variety pack contains all of the flavors so I just assumed that the cup variety pack was similar. My mistake. Please change your cup variety pack to include all of the flavors that are not available in pouch form.
Second, I’d like to see all the cup flavors be made available in pouch form. Though convenient, the cups cost more per serving than the pouches because of the extra packaging and size, and they create more landfill waste than the empty pouch. I don’t see why you couldn’t offer the Korean BBQ, Spicy Gochujang, and Szechuan Noodles in pouch form.

We ARE going to be providing all Cup flavors in Meal Pack format soon! You can read more about it here. This should be available by Christmas.
Additionally, we’ll be launching a Noodles Meal Pack mixed box, which should allow you to try all of the flavors currently only available in pot format (Korean BBQ Noodles, Japanese Curry Noodles, Spicy Gochujang Noodles, Thai Noodles, and Szechuan Spiced Noodles). This will be offered alongside our current Pasta/Grains Meal Pack Variety Box.
The Cup Variety Box itself is something we may rework as time goes on.
