Every time I drink my huell say I get a headache. Can you let me know what the causes could be and why. Is there anything I can do?
Hey there. This is a hard thing to pinpoint–there are hundreds of reasons why headaches can occur. We don’t really have any history of headaches with Huel being a trend, so it’s hard to say if there is something in Huel that causes it.
Could it be as simple as brain freeze? If you’re pounding it down fast and very cold, maybe try drinking it slower.
Try the unflavored unsweetened for a couple days. Some people don’t handle sucralose well. While I don’t think the incidents of headaches are nearly as great as those due to, say, aspartame, it’s worth trying.
