Going to the bathroom is... not nice

Any tips, tricks, or helpful hints that might support a better-formed stool? I’ve been 100% Huel for 60 days and things remain fast and loose after a reasonable adjustment period. Yuck.

Reducing your caffeine and alcohol intake can help. You may also find consuming more insoluble fiber helps, sources include vegetables and nuts. Counter-intuitively increasing your water intake may help too.

I use the powder. I just add maybe a quarter-cup of wheat bran into the blender along with the Huel. It’s very inexpensive, I can buy it in bulk at the local health food store, and it takes care of the problem completely.

You might also consider trying the regular Huel if you are currently using the Black version. The latter gave me some problems initially, maybe because of the probiotics.
