First Shipment Lost

Hi!

Hello Huel!

My first order for #146308 was ordered in July 15, 2018 and I still have not received it. I need to find out what happened to that order.

Then recently, another order went out for #165077 (subscription renewal) was also completed on August 12, 2018 and am not sure that order will come in as well.

Can someone call me asap? I need help regarding my shipping order. If not I would like to cancel my orders .
