I’ve been trying to reach the customer service team concerning this issue but have not received any response yet. I subscribed about a month or two ago now, and have yet to receive my first order, or assistance with the matter. I noticed today that I charged for a second order too. Does anyone have any advice on how to get in contact with someone who can help with this issue?
I think support@huel.com is their official email for these kinds of matters. I would suggest including the order number in the email as well. Good luck.
