It amazes me that if you ask a question about a service issue with Huel and they are not comfortable in answering you get no reply. They are happy to take your money. I like Huel and it’s a good product. I am not happy that you can’t call anybody and you have to solely depend on E-Mail.

I actually know that I answered all of your emails this past Friday - Monday about moving the date of your March subscription order and the price of the Huel shirts. Is there anything else I can help you with?

I stated that the web site was difficult to navigate, no reply.
It’s okay, I will still buy the product, I am happy with the results.
