Change in subscription cost?

Hello Huel Fam,

I’ve been enjoying this product for a little while now and I normally get my subscription for $60 per round. Now my subscription is currently being set at $118.80 for “Original x2” and “Original x2” by default. I personally don’t consume Huel as quickly as others so this amount seems excessive for my taste. Did the Huel subscription service terms change recently that I am not aware of? I would like to go back to my original subscription quantity and price.

Hi there Elliott! I’m sorry you’ve experienced this. We recently transitioned to a new subscription database, although price should not have changed! I’m going to go ahead and send you an email right now so we can sort this out.
