Black Gone Sour

I’ve come back from v1.1 to the Huel Black formula and I’m finding that the bottom of the bag starts to taste a bit sour. I’m mixing with water and ice. Do I need to stir the bag before scooping perhaps?

I’ve had it a couple times where it tasted very off and not appealing, though I think it was I didnt clean out my bottle good enough after I found it in my car with old huel. I pour a couple bags in a jar at once so personally havent had bottom of the bag before. Huel should be well mixed already when recieved.

My only guess is maybe air was getting to it possibly and by the time you’re near the end it has been affected?

Only consume black since it came out and have never encountered this issue. What’s the temperature where you’re storing it?
