Bag of vanilla doesn’t mix the same?

I have a bag of v3.0 vanilla that’s different. Expiration is Aug’21. A packaged date is not printed.

It seems watery and doesn’t mix the same. Everything falls to the bottom and it’s not as “jelly” as usual, if you know what I mean. Could it be missing that ingredient? Anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

Sorry, just saw this. I contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement right away—which worked just fine, as did the following bag (I have a bit of a cache and rotate stock using the oldest first)
