I use 2 scoops of black, ice, and more than 17 ounces of water in a blender. I add more water and the ice to make a shake with more volume and a chilled and interesting texture. Maybe 24 ounces of water + the ice. I eyeball it.
This wouldn’t change how it’s digested or anything would it? Still the same two scoops of powder, just varying amounts of water involved. Just checking - I am using it for protein and meal replacement for two meals a day currently.
