Allergic reaction with glutenfree 3.0

I’ve been using the normal Vanilla 3.0 which I really like, but it makes me gassy  - so I decided to try the same Vanilla 3.0 but glutenfree. This created an allergic reaction in my mouth…a pretty bad experience.

So my question is: What is the main difference in the ingredients of Vanilla 3.0 normal and glutenfree? I wasn’t aware of my allergy before this and it would be nice to know what to look out for.

Has anybody else experienced something similar?

Hey Philip! :slightly_smiling_face: Welcome to the Huel forum - but oh no! So sorry to hear about this. Would you be able to send us an email to support@huel.com (and mention my name!) so I can assist you further here?

The difference between regular Huel v3.0 and gluten-free Huel v3.0 in terms of ingredients is that the gluten-free version is made using gluten-free oats as regular oats can have a risk of cross-contamination with gluten.
