Where is my order

I have also not received my order that was placed on December 31st. I have sent an email to support but received no response even though my account shows the shipment as “Fulfilled”.

Hi Eric! I’m sorry about your longer than anticipated delay. Your FedEx tracking number is showing movement with delivery scheduled for Tuesday, the 15th. Please let us know what you think about the Ready-to-drink and the new Caramel Flavor Boost!

Hi Teresa. I received my order but it was incomplete. Huel Ready-to-drink box arrived but the rest of the order (2 bags of Huel + flavor pack) is nowhere to be seen. On the account page there is one FedEx tracking # for all 3 items, however, when I contacted FedEx about the missing box they said that there should have been an individual tracking # for each box.

That awesome they still gave you a shaker even though this is clearly the advertisement for first time buyers. Hopefully you like the product whenever you do receive it. The cup is not much of a bonus for being mislead into thinking your order would be shipped immediately, but it is a nice gesture! Please let us know what you think of the RTD. I’ve been considering it, however would like to read a review comparing it to the powder.

FYI Pre-shipment labels are created by online retailers when they have your order and are able to assign a tracking number because they know the weight of the product being shipped. I buy things online all the time so I’m used to them. I can definitely see where you misunderstood.
