I love to drink Huel, but I’m wondering what are those bits that don’t get dissolved when I make the meal replacement shakes?
I notice them on both “Powder” and “Black” versions.
Which of the amazing nutritional benefits would be sacrificed if those ingredients were not present?
It sounds like the ground flaxseed! We use it as a source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. You can find the whole formula explained here.
