No doubt in regards to the plateau. Back in my really big days when I started the uber exercise sessions I got into a period of time where I was consistently losing 3 pounds a week for 8 weeks straight. That was followed by an 8 week period of no change whatsoever, despite doing the same thing. I was quite upset at the time. But looking back, it was inevitable. Eventually the plateau was breached and weight loss resumed, albeit at a much slower rate.
