So I have been a bit obsessed with overnight oats and think the protein powder is perfect for it. I tried regular huel black but way to much carbs and was way to thick. Does anyone have a good bulk meal prep recipe when using protein powder?
How can you say the powder is too thick?
Either use less powder in same water
or more water with same powder
I find the protein to have a weird paste like texture. I still eat it but I like the texture of Huel Black / 3.0 better. I just mix: 1 cup flax milk / scoop protein / 1/3-1/2 cup oats. Mix and let sit for at least four hours.

I’m trying:
- one cup almond milk
- Huel Black Cinnamon Roll, 1 scoop
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- blueberries
- ⅓ cup steel-cut oats
- 1 tsp coconut flakes unsweetened
Overnight. I’m a type-2 diabetic. Hopefully, this won’t spike me too much. I usually just have chia pudding with a little yogurt and berries on top made with water.
