What carrier is used to transform Sunflower Oil to powder form? There are multiple sources that points maltodextrin as carrier in 6:4 ratio. I’d like to avoid maltodextrin because of very high GI. Could you explain how does it look like in Huel?
It’s a maltodextrin-starch carrier. However, this is such a tiny amount it’s not worth worrying about. The GI of both Huel powders and RTD are very low at 17 and 25 respectively.

Thank you! Dan, could you please define what do you mean by “such a tiny amount” exactly ;)? In grams maybe?
Sure it’s less than 1g, super tiny!
I feel good with this information
