Hello,
I am interested in using several Huel products throughout the day and am actually worried about consuming too much of certain vitamins leading to vitamin toxicity.
Over the course of my day, I would consume the following products: Energy+, daily greens, Black RTD, and the complete nutrition bar.
This seems like I would get way too much of certain vitamins right?

Our Registered Dietitian is currently out of office, but I think they’re the best positioned to answer this, so I’ll get you in touch with them when possible!
What I’ll say in the meantime is that Huel Daily Greens is meant to boost nutrition intake to ensure you get complete nutrition every day. If you are having 2 or more servings of other Huel products daily, in addition to other foods, you’re likely already hitting your nutrient needs, though it depends on the rest of your diet.
In general, we recommend exercising a little caution with our supplement products (Daily Greens and Energy+). As the vitamin and mineral content is so high in these, we’d suggest only enjoying one or the other on any given day, and adhering to one serving per day when possible.
In summation, you’re probably covering your nutritional bases with just one supplement product and Huel meal (either Energy + and Black RTD or Daily Greens and Black RTD), and this is a great way to get your nutrition, but whether having all 4 of these products each day is advisable, I will have to consult our dietitian about!
