Wife and I just got our first bag and it didn’t come with a scoop. I’ve read between 1/3-1/4 cup or just use a scale. Can I buy a scoop?

The first order you make from our website is meant to come with scoops as part of your starter kit (which will also include a shaker and free t-shirt for first time customers).
