No follow up on an order

I placed an order on the 21st and have yet to receive a delivery confirmation or any type of follow up. I also contacted the support team via email and no response after a few days of waiting. There are no other ways on the website for me to actually check on the progress of my order. My order number is 265335. Please update me as soon as you can, thanks.

Just got a hold of our fulfillment team and the warehouse is backed up with orders from the holiday. Your order should go out within 24 hours.
