Hello! I am easing into Huel. Had my first meal today. My first impression of the Vanilla Huel… it is OK. Tastes like other plant based powders I’ve used. Added a tablespoon of PBFit… better. Added a 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries… I can get used to this!
Replacing one meal with Huel today, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday I’m going to do two meals with Huel and then one regular healthy meal.
I am using Huel to help me lose a few pounds, and to have a better diet. I run like a maniac for cardio, but my diet isn’t all that great. Hoping this will help to improve my overall health and fitness.
