Macros Tracker Suggestion

Is there a preferred tracker that everyone like for carbs/protein? Something that maybe has the different types and flavors?


I recommend Cronometer. There are a lot of apps like it, but most I’ve tried have a ton of inaccurate community-submitted data. The nutrition information in Cronometer is verified by staff–if you find an error, you can take a photo of the nutrition label for review.

I love MyFitnessPal. They have most things already and if it’s not there, it’s pretty easy to just add it in from Huel’s website to your exact specs
