Last September I had a total cholesterol of 244 and triglycerides of 205. Non-HDL of 180. vLDL 37.
I was consuming Huel but just not nearly as much and frequently, mostly casually. I then cut out some alcohol and exercised more, so that is a part of this But I’ve been consuming Huel almost exclusively outside of dinners. I was entirely plant-based but it is my belief that my body was creating way too much cholesterol since I wasn’t consuming any. I also watched saturated fats and started eating fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese, greek yogurt and fish.
I now have over cholesterol of 201. Triglycerides down to 86 vLDL to 15 LDLc from 143 to 106 and Non-HDL from 180 to 115.
It wasn’t just entirely Huel but it was the biggest factor IMO. thank you, Huel!!
