I have heard mixed things about Kombucha is it safe and does it have low levels of alcohol in HUEL???
There is no alcohol in Huel.

The information you’ve heard around the safety of kombucha is in regards to how it’s produced. As bacteria and yeast are used if this is done incorrectly there could be a safety issue. This is not a problem for Huel and there is also no alcohol.
